Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in im Außendienst für Holzbau (m/w/d)
Wir sind ein mittelständisches Handelsunternehmen für Holz und Baustoffe. In unserem Vertriebsgebiet, Stadt Pforzheim und einem Radius von ca. 50 km, gehören wir mit zu den Marktführern. Unsere Produktpalette umfasst das gesamte Spektrum an Holz, Holzwerkstoffen, Baustoffen, Bauelementen und Fliesen.
Als Großhandel sind unsere Kunden in erster Linie das Bauhandwerk, daher würden Sie im Außendienst auch fokussiert mit B2B-Kunden zusammenarbeiten und nur vereinzelt auf Privatkunden treffen.
Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir eine/n Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) im Außendienst Schwerpunkt Holzbau, der/die von unserem langjährigen Außendienst, vor seiner Rente, über mindestens ein halbes Jahr eingelernt und bei Bestandskunden vorgestellt wird.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie besuchen Dachdecker:innen, Zimmerer:innen, Dachhendwerker:innen etc. um deren Bedarfe zu erfahren und Aufträge zu generieren
- Sie besuchen planende und ausschreibende Büros bzw. Stellen, um frühzeitig mit Rat und Informationen Hilfestellung bei bevorstehenden Bauvorhaben zu leisten
- Sie sind für die Bestandskundenbetreuung und Neukundenakquise verantwortlich
- Sie können Prozesse optimieren und weiterentwickeln
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote
- Sie nehmen Aufträge vor Ort entgegen, bearbeiten und leiten diese weiter und überwachen deren Erledigung
- Sie stellen neue Produkte vor und führen diese ein und nehmen Anregungen, Beschwerden sowie Reklamationen entgegen, geben diese weiter und überwachen deren Erledigung
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Innendienst zusammen und sind verantwortlich für das Erreichen der Umsatz- und Ertragsziele in Ihrer Region

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, den Techniker erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Holzbau, Baustoffhandel, in der Bauindustrie oder im Bauhandwerk
- Ein Quereinstieg ist ebenfalls gut vorstellbar
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie haben Freude an Kommunikation mit Menschen

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
