Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die laufende Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Du prüfst, erfasst, kontierst und buchst Eingangsrechnungen
- Du bereitest Zahlungsläufe vor und führst sie aus
- Du bearbeitest und buchst Kreditkartenabrechnungen sowie Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Du verbuchst Banken und Kasse und stimmst Bankkonten ab
- Du überwachst Zahlungseingänge, führst das Debitorenmahnwesen durch und pflegst die Stammdaten der Kreditoren
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und erstellst diverse Berichte sowie ggf. die monatliche vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung in Abstimmung mit unserem externen Dienstleister

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), idealerweise mit der Zusatzqualifikation Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder in der Buchhaltung eines mittelständischen Unternehmens
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung und gute Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht, idealerweise auch international
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssystemen wie Sage und/oder Datev und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel und Word)
- Du bist bereit zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeigst eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und arbeitest selbstständig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
