Um unser rasantes Wachstum weiter vorantreiben zu können, suchen wir Sie ab sofort in Vollzeit als Teamleiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) für ein kleines, engagiertes und motiviertes Team.
SO UNTERSTÜTZEN SIE UNS
- Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Führung eines kleinen Buchhaltungsteams
- Führen von Personalgesprächen und Verantwortung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Mitarbeit in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, sowie Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Steuerung und Überwachung von Lagerbewegungen und Vorräten
- Überwachung und Freigabe des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Aktive Mitwirkung und Koordinierung bei anstehenden Projekten im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Optimierung, Steuerung und Überwachung von neuen, sowie bestehenden buchhalterischen Prozessen
- Mitgestaltung neuer Workflows in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Controlling und der Geschäftsleitung Finanzen
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Betriebsprüfer und interne Abteilungen
- Sicherstellung der laufenden Buchhaltung unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und rechtlicher Anforderungen
- Punktuelle Mitwirkung im Tagesgeschäft

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung/Bilanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht, sowie der Bilanzierung nach HGB
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Mitarbeiterführung
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP Business One oder einer vergleichbaren Buchhaltungssoftware
- Interesse, mit den wachsenden Herausforderungen, zusätzliche Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche zu übernehmen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Word und weiteren gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
