Als Leiter in der Mechanik für Konstruktion & Entwicklung spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Unternehmen. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Konstruktion von komplexen mechanischen Systemkomponenten und Baugruppen und führen ein Team von 6 Konstrukteur:innen/ technischen Zeichner:innen. Ihre Arbeit trägt direkt zu unserer Mission bei, innovative, qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen zu entwickeln und unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und konstruierst komplexe mechanische Systemkomponenten und Baugruppen mit einem CAD-Tool (Solidworks/ EPDM)
- Du wählst Bauteile aus und dimensionierst diese
- Du betreust den kompletten Entwicklungsprozess der Komponenten - von der Konzepterstellung bis hin zur Fertigung
- Du erstellst Fertigungsunterlagen und stimmst dich mit Lieferant:innen, Kund:innen sowie anderen Abteilungen ab
- Du führst eine Abteilung mit 6 Konstrukteur:innen/ technischen Zeichner:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Konstruktions- und Projektierungserfahrung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Stahlbau und Sondermaschinenbau
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Auslegung von Antrieben sowie mit Solidworks/ EPDM
