Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Führung sowie die organisatorische Weiterentwicklung unserer Außenwohngruppe
- Du führst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und bist für das Gebäude und die Liegenschaft verantwortlich
- Du nimmst am Steuerkreis Wohnen teil und entwickelst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der "Leitung Wohnen" sowie der "Fachberatung Wohnen" zukunftsfähige Konzepte für deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich, für die du zusammen mit deinem Team die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung trägst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes sozialpädagogisches Studium oder eine Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich als Heilerziehungspfleger:in bzw. eine pflegerische Ausbildung sowie Kenntnisse im Eingliederungshilfebereich
- Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und erste Leitungserfahrung mit und kennst die Abläufe und Anforderungen von Menschen in einem besonderen Wohnumfeld
- Du übernimmst unterschiedlichste Dienste innerhalb des Dienstplanes (Schichtdienst), wobei du für deine Aufgaben als Teamleitung einen freigestellten Stellenanteil hast
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, einen souveränen, wertschätzenden Führungsstil sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
