Im engen Austausch mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Realisierung abwechslungsreicher und zukunftsweisender Projekte.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie akquirieren und analysieren Generalunternehmer-Ausschreibungen und berücksichtigen technische sowie vertragliche Risiken und Chancen
- Sie nehmen an Vergabeverhandlungen mit Auftraggeber:innen teil und vertreten die Unternehmensinteressen
- Sie kalkulieren schlüsselfertige Bauprojekte eigenverantwortlich in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachplaner:innen und Nachunternehmer:innen
- Sie werten vorhandene Kalkulationsdatenbanken aus und aktualisieren diese regelmäßig
- Sie aktualisieren Preise unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Marktpreisentwicklungen und erstellen Preisspiegel zur Darstellung von Kostenentwicklungen
- Sie erstellen Richtpreisangebote und Kosteneinschätzungen sowie Kalkulationskennwerte nach Objektarten
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Projektleitung, Einkaufsabteilung und externen Expert:innen zusammen und wirken an der Erstellung von Generalunternehmer:innen-Verträgen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Bautechnik
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation schlüsselfertiger Bauprojekte
- Sie besitzen technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und können sowohl im Team als auch eigenständig arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
