Digital Marketing Manager für Social Media & Branding (m/w/d)
Alape wurde 1896 von Adolf Lamprecht in Penig als Betrieb für Email-Produkte gegründet. Heute produziert das Unternehmen mit 94 Mitarbeitern an zwei Produktionsstandorten in Goslar ästhetische Waschplatzlösungen. Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt Social-Media-Strategien zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz um
- Du erstellst ansprechenden Content für Social-Media-Kanäle
- Du übernimmst das Community Management zur Interaktion und Bindung von Kund:innen
- Du überwachst und analysierst die Social-Media-Aktivitäten
- Du baust Kooperationen und Influencer-Marketing auf und aus
- Du entwickelst und schaltest Online-Werbekampagnen inkl. Werbeanzeigen und pflegst sowie aktualisierst Portale und Online-Plattformen
- Du nimmst an Design-Wettbewerben und Preisverleihungen teil und organisierst diese, aktualisierst und pflegst die Unternehmenswebsite und arbeitest mit internen und externen Partner:innen zur Website-Entwicklung zusammen
- Du arbeitest mit Rechtsanwält:innen bezüglich markenrechtlicher Belange im Kontext von Markennamen und Produktnamen zusammen und gewährleistest die Einhaltung aller rechtlichen Vorgaben zum Schutz der Markeninteressen
- Du entwickelst und setzt Werbematerialien, Präsentationen, Kataloge und Preislisten um und sicherst eine konsistente Markendarstellung sowie die Einhaltung des Corporate Designs
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Events und Messeauftritten und erstellst Mitarbeiterinformationen und Intranet-Inhalte zur internen Kommunikation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Betriebswirt:in mit Marketingschwerpunkt oder hast eine Ausbildung im Marketingbereich mit entsprechender Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation im Medienmanagement, Kommunikationsmanagement
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du besitzt gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit DAM Software/Systemen und Grafikdesign Software (Adobe-Programme)
- Du kennst dich mit Social Media Planungstools und CMS Systemen aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
