Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten komplexe Bestands- als auch Neubauprojekten im gewerblichen Hochbau
- Sie prüfen, sichten und erstellen Planunterlagen
- Sie bereiten Ausschreibungen vor und unterstützen bei der Vergabe von Bau- und Planungsleistungen
- Sie überwachen die Objekte der jeweiligen Bauprojekte, sowohl im Neubau als auch bei der Sanierung und dem Umbau von Bestandsobjekten (LP 8) in Bezug auf Kosten, Termine, Qualitäten
- Sie koordinieren die an unseren Projekten beteiligten Fachplaner:innen (Elektro, Heizung, Bauphysik etc.)
- Sie übernehmen das Projektcontrolling und überwachen die Kosten der laufenden Projekte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master)
- Sie verfügen über erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gewerbeimmobilienbau
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in HOAI und VOB
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Anwendung mit branchenüblichen Programmen (z.B. MS Project, Coor, CAD)
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
