Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt die Content-Strategie für unseren Markenauftritt auf den Social Media Kanälen (Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Social Media Verantwortlichen für die Employer Brand um
- Du entwickelst, produzierst und bearbeitest Fotos, Videos, Grafiken und Texte
- Du planst und erstellst Postings und Newsletter
- Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle aktiv weiter, inklusive Recherche, Analysen, Briefings und Redaktionsplanung
- Du bist Teil unseres Content-Teams, aus dem heraus alle unternehmensinternen Kanäle betreut werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung sowie im Social-Media-Marketing im Unternehmensumfeld, einer Kreativ-Agentur, einer Redaktion o. ä. mit. Gern B2B
- Du bist kreativ und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse und viel Leidenschaft im Bereich Grafikerstellung, Videoschnitt und Animation – im Umgang mit Programmen wie Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects bist du ein echter Profi
- Du kennst Social Media- und Distributionskanäle der relevanten Zielgruppen und weißt, wie du den Content dort richtig zur Geltung bringst
- Du kannst die brand tone of voice auf die einzelnen Social Media Plattformen übersetzen und anwenden
- Du kennst die Social Media KPIs der Plattformen, kannst diese zu Analysen zusammenfügen und daraus Optimierungspotenziale herleiten
- Du beschreibst dich selbst als eigeninitiativ und umsetzungsstark

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
