In der Rolle als BIM-Projektleiter (m/w/d) oder BIM-Manager (m/w/d) haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die digitale Transformation im Bauwesen aktiv mitzugestalten. Ihre Rolle ist entscheidend, um innovative BIM-Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die den Erfolg unserer Großprojekte sicherstellen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind der Hauptansprechpartner des Kunden zum Thema BIM, Digitalisierung, Medien und Prozessen und bieten BIM-Beratung
- Sie entwickeln und setzen die BIM-Strategie um
- Sie kollaborieren, koordinieren, überwachen und steuern BIM-Prozesse über alle Fachbereiche im Bauwesen
- Sie erstellen Modellierungs- und Datenrichtlinien sowie BIM-relevante Dokumente, wie bspw. AIA, Vor-BAP, etc
- Sie initiieren, implementieren, begleiten und schließen BIM-Projekte ab und beraten zum Informationsaustausch und -umgang mit Daten in einer CDE
- Sie arbeiten an der Ausarbeitung und Führung von Workshops und Schulungen, analysieren Kernprozesse, beraten und definieren strategische Handlungsempfehlungen, führen Regelprüfungen als Qualitätssicherung durch und sind verantwortlich für die Strukturierung und Organisation des Projektes sowie die Verfolgung von aktuellen Trends, disruptiven Technologien und den Netzwerkaufbau von Partnerbüros, Start-ups sowie weiteren wertvollen Partnern für den jeweiligen Projekterfolg

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Stadtplanung, Bauinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Sie verfügen über erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, mit BIM-Software/-Tools, in LEAN sowie in Planung, Bau oder Betrieb und haben einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office 365 Anwendungen
- Sie sind kommunikativ, kollaborativ, motivierend, agil und lösungsorientiert
- Sie treten sicher auf und haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – Mindestens C1
- Sie haben ein Verständnis zu einschlägigen und führenden Richtlinien und Normen – z.B. VDI Richtlinie 2552, DIN EN ISO 19650, AHO (insbesondere Heft Nr. 9 und Nr. 11), HOAI etc
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Technik-Affinität, disruptive Lösungsansätze und kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft aus und haben die BIM-Methode im Blut

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
