Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Disposition von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Materialien, um eine störungsfreie Belieferung unserer Automobilkund:innen zu gewährleisten
- Sie stimmen sich täglich aktiv mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und internen Abteilungen in einem globalen Umfeld ab
- Sie erstellen Produktionsaufträge und beschaffen die dafür benötigten Zukaufteile auf Basis der Lieferabrufe unserer Kund:innen
- Sie leiten Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen im logistischen Ablauf ein und überwachen sowie pflegen Bestände und Stammdaten im SAP
- Sie steuern den An- und Auslauf bei Neuprojekten und Änderungen, werten Lieferabrufe aus und prüfen diese auf Plausibilität
- Sie verwalten und pflegen die Kundenportale, planen den Versand inklusive Vorbereitung der Kommissionierlisten und Versandpapiere sowie Avisierung der Sendungen bei den Speditionen
- Sie sind zuständig für die Versendung der Transporte per DFÜ sowie die Erstellung der Rechnungen (auch LLZ), Abzeichnung und Erstellung von Belastungen und Gutschriften

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition und in der Automobilzulieferindustrie
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität aus
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Sie können idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse vorweisen und Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
