Lead Expert NVH und Thermoakustik im Automotive Bereich (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Bereichsleitung bei der Festlegung von Strategien und Aktivitäten zur Erreichung der gesamtheitlichen Ziele der NVH-Aktivitäten
- Du entwickelst und optimierst NVH-Konzepte und -Aktivitäten im Fachbereich und arbeitest eng mit Lieferanten bei der Auswahl und Entwicklung von NVH-relevanten Materialien und Komponenten zusammen
- Du steuerst und koordinierst Abläufe und Prozesse über komplexe Schnittstellen und über verschiedene Fachgebiete hinweg im Rahmen von NVH-Aktivitäten
- Du führst NVH-Analysen zur Verbesserung der Fahrzeugakustik durch und erarbeitest Trainings und Schulungen im NVH / Thermoakustik Bereich zu neuen und innovativen Tools und Konzepten
- Du leitest und entwickelst Mitarbeitende im NVH / Thermoakustik Bereich fachlich und übernimmst die gesamtheitliche Überwachung der Qualität, um jederzeit erstklassige Projekt Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Laborversuchen und Fahrzeugmessungen zu NVH Eigenschaften sowie die dazugehörige Dokumentation und Präsentation der Testergebnisse und führst Ursachenanalysen für NVH-Probleme durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Fachbereich Maschinenbau, mit Schwerpunkt Kälte-/ Klima-/ Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Akustik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt nachgewiesenes, tiefgehendes und spezifiziertes Fachwissen im Bereich NVH und Thermodynamik sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich NVH vom Gesamtfahrzeug, Antriebssystemen und Kältekreis, insbesondere für Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeuge
- Du hast fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse der Tools und NVH-Messsysteme wie z.B. IPEmotion, Artemis von Head Acoustics und PAK von Müller-BBM oder ähnliche Tools und besitzt fundiertes Fachwissen in der Durchführung, Auswertung und Beurteilung von Messungen im Bereich technischen Akustik, Maschinendynamik und Schwingungstechnik
- Du beherrschst NVH-Bewertungs- und Optimierungstechniken und hast eine ausgeprägte Anwendungserfahrung und Verständnis der Festkörper- und Strukturdynamik bei linearer statischer, dynamischer oder erzwungener Frequenz im Automotive Bereich
- Zu deinen Eigenschaften gehören ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kund:innen und Teamkolleg:innen
- Du besitzt ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ein gutes Zeitmanagement und eine selbstständige sowie engagierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
