Was erwartet dich?
- Als Spezialist SAP-HCM sind Sie für die Betreuung, konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb von ICT-Systemen und –Verfahren verantwortlich
- Sie bewegen sich sicher bei der Systementwicklung, Optimierung und Wartung der HCM-Verfahren mit der Konzeption von allen ESS/MSS Services, Customizing, und Systembetreuung und Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements sowie eines IKS-Systems (Internes Kontrollsystem)
- Die Leitung und Mitwirkung bei entsprechenden Projekte bereitet Ihnen große Freude
- Die Prozessberatung des Teams Personal bei komplexen Verfahrensfragen sowie die Kommunikation mit dem IT-Bereich gehören zu ihrem Tagesgeschäft
- Sie schulen und beraten interne Anwender und nehmen an Ausschreibungsverfahren für SAP-Dienstleistungen teil.

- Sie verfügen über ein Bachelor-Studium BWL (Schwerpunkt Personal) oder Fachrichtung Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Wir sind einer der wichtigsten Verkehrsflughäfen in Deutschland, sowohl im Passagierverkehr als auch in der Fracht. 2022 nutzen rund 8,8 Millionen Passagiere den Airport. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
