Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter für Verbrauchsabrechnung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung/Nachbearbeitung der Sonderkundenabrechnungen Gas, Strom, Wärme und Wasser unter Berücksichtigung der energiewirtschaftlichen Gesetze und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Du bearbeitest den kfm. Neuanlagenprozess im Sonder- und Tarifkundenbereich und unterstützt bei der Tarifkundenabrechnung sowie in der Marktkommunikation
- Du übernimmst die Stammdatenpflege inkl. Tarif- und Preisverwaltung im ERP-System kVASy und die kfm. Stammdatenpflege von Messkonstrukten und Geräten (Neuanlagen/Gerätewechsel)
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen telefonisch und schriftlich bezüglich der Sonderkundenabrechnungen
- Du führst regelmäßiges Reporting der Sonderkundenabrechnungen durch und bist zuständig für die Erstellung der Abrechnungen und Stammdatenpflege für unsere Kund:innen der Esslinger Gastankstelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft und fachliches Know-how der energiewirtschaftlichen Marktregeln
- Du besitzt ein Grundverständnis der technischen Grundlagen für die Gas-, Strom-, Wärme- und Wasserabrechnung
- Du hast gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den Microsoft-Office-Applikationen und Kenntnisse im ERP-System kVASy (SIV.AG) wären von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
