Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst als Team Manager (m/w/d) die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden innerhalb des Teams Standard & Tools
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Applikationen, insbesondere Automatisierung und SAP-Applikationen
- Du bringst mit Deinem Know-how die Entwicklung von Standards, Applikationen und die Konsolidierung der Tool Landschaft unternehmensweit voran, indem Du Deine Aufgabenpakete selbstständig planst und steuerst
- Du bewertest IT-Applikationsvorhaben hinsichtlich der strategischen Ausrichtung, Wiederverwendung von Lösungen und Vermeidung von Redundanzen
- Du übernimmst eine beratende und leitende Rolle in Projekten sowie bei der Auswahl und Einführung neuer Tools und Applikationen, inklusive der Prozess- und Kriteriendefinition für deren Einsatz
- Du bist zuständig für Governance und Betrieb (Application Owner) von zentralen internen Applikationen und Datenstrukturen, wie Automatisierung, SAP-FRUN, SAP LAMA oder Avantra

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in der Leitung und Organisation von (Teil-)Projekten und in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Einführung, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von unternehmensinternen Applikationen, wie Automic UC4, Ansible, SAP-FRUN, SAP LAMA oder Avantra mit
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, größte Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus, gepaart mit Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Einsatzfreude

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
