Was erwartet dich?
- Testplanung und -management: Du entwickelst detaillierte Testpläne, die Ziele, Methoden, Ressourcen und Zeitpläne umfassen. Du koordinierst und überwachst alle Testaktivitäten, um die Einhaltung dieser Pläne sicherzustellen.
- Design und Durchführung von Tests: Du erstellst Testfälle und -szenarien basierend auf genauen Anforderungen und führst sowohl manuelle als auch automatisierte Tests durch, um Fehler effizient zu identifizieren und zu dokumentieren.
- Überwachung der Software- und Systemqualität: Mithilfe von Qualitätsmetriken und Tools überwachst und analysierst du die Qualität unserer Software, um Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit kontinuierlich zu bewerten und zu verbessern.
- Management der Fehlerbehebung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklerteams priorisierst und verfolgst du Softwarefehler, um sicherzustellen, dass Korrekturmaßnahmen effektiv umgesetzt werden.
- Schulung und Mentoring Entwickeln und Durchführen von Schulungsprogrammen für QA-Methoden und -Tools für das Team. Mentoring von Teammitgliedern zur Förderung ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement im agilen oder klassischen IT-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und dem laufenden Betrieb eines Qualitätsmanagements im Softwareentwicklungsumfeld sowie im Aufbau und der Führung von Testteams
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine systematische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist optimistisch, hast Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Du kannst vorteilhafterweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken vorweisen (idealerweise Microsoft SQL Server)
- Du punktest mit der Fähigkeit, Probleme konzentriert anzugehen und Lösungen zu finden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
