Die Rolle des Business-Analysten richtet sich an Universitätsabsolventen und stellt den ersten Schritt in die Managementberatung dar. Obwohl wir unseren Hauptstandort in einem neuen Büro in Düsseldorf, Deutschland haben, werden unsere Business-Analysten bis zu 4 Tage pro Woche beim Kunden vor Ort sein und daher flexibel sein und Reisebereitschaft zeigen müssen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist von Anfang an in Projekte eingebunden, die sich direkt beim Kunden vor Ort befinden. Du musst daher in der Lage sein, schnell zu lernen und dich schnell einzuarbeiten, um unter Druck effektiv arbeiten zu können. Du musst eigenständig arbeiten können und gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer:in sein, der bereit ist, dort beizutragen, wo es nötig ist, um den Erfolg des Projekts sicherzustellen
- Du arbeitest unter der Anleitung eines erfahrenen Beraters, sammelst Daten, analysierst und fasst diese zusammen. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse dienen als wichtige Grundlage für die Empfehlungen und Lösungen unseres Projektteams
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei der täglichen Projektabwicklung und bietest Input für Präsentationen beim Kunden. Du bist an der Entwicklung und Ausschreibung von RFPs beteiligt und bewertest Vorschläge von Lieferanten. Zudem trittst du bei Bedarf in Interaktion mit Kunden und deren Lieferanten
- Du bist ermutigt, bestehende Vorgehensweisen infrage zu stellen und neue Ideen einzubringen

Welche Qualifikationen musst du vorweisen?
- Du hast einen Universitätsabschluss; mit einem Spitzenabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Volkswirtschaftslehre
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, ebenso Englischkenntnisse, auf C2-Niveau, sowie eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis sind erforderlich (Applicants must be fluent in German language C2)
- Du konntest schon Erfahrung in der Beratung, Einkauf/Supply-Chain-Management sammeln
- Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösefähigkeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
- Du bist sehr kommunikationsstark und besitzt die Fähigkeit, Stakeholder:innen zu beeinflussen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
