As we continue to expand our reach and offering, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive our growth strategies and enhance our market presence.
What can you expect?
- You will create, lead, and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive our company expansion, market share, and revenue across our own and marketplace platforms
- You will develop and manage customer acquisition strategies, optimizing channels like performance marketing and SEO
- You will identify and establish effective CRM strategies to enhance our company customer relationships, reach, and offerings
- You will utilize data analytics and consumer insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities. You will also monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the leadership team on growth initiatives progress and effectiveness
- You will manage budgets for growth initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong ROI

What should you bring along?
- You have 5+ years of proven experience in a growth management role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce sector
- You have demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that have driven significant business expansion
- You are proficient in data analytics tools and have a strong analytical mindset
- You have experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing
- You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills
- You are creative, with a strong problem-solving ability, and are proficient in both English and German languages

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
