Wir sind ein führendes privates Landhandelsunternehmen mit rd. 100 Mitarbeitern und über 30 Lagerstandorten in Sachsen-Anhalt. In der Ernte erfassen und lagern wir hunderttausende Tonnen Getreide und Ölsaaten in unserem Geschäftsgebiet. Wir versorgen die heimische Landwirtschaft mit Saatgut, Pflanzenschutz- und Düngemitteln. Durch unsere ausgezeichnete logistische Anbindung sind wir in der Lage, Getreide in die Benelux Staaten oder den Hamburger Seehafen zu liefern. Als bedeutender Partner für die europäische Lebens- und Futtermittelindustrie ist Logistik ist seit je her unser Kerngeschäft! Daraus haben wir ein wichtiges Geschäftsfeld entwickelt: den Hafenumschlag von Industriegütern in Dienstleistung. Neben unseren Häfen in Burg und Magdeburg verfügt vor allem unser schlagkräftiger Hafen in Vahldorf über eine hervorragende Lage. Hallen und Boxen für Schüttgüter sind ebenso vorhanden, wie großzügige Flächen für Lagerung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Schwergütern und Maschinen aller Art. Seine wasserstandsunabhängige Anbindung an das europäische Wasserstraßennetz und die Nähe zu Magdeburg sowie den Autobahnen A2 und A14 bieten viel Potenzial.
Was erwartet dich?
- Betreuung unserer Industriekunden im Umschlagsgeschäft
- Unterstützung bei der Akquisition neuer Kunden und Aufträge im Umschlagsgeschäft
- Prüfung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit neuer Logistikprojekte sowie Kalkulation und Erstellung von Angeboten
- Konzeptionierung und Begleitung von baulichen und technischen Investitionen und Maßnahmen
- Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung der vorhandenen Prozesse
- Unterstützung des Technischen Leiters & der Geschäftsführung in angrenzenden Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, Logistik- oder Agrarbereich in Kombination mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Alternativ: Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Fokus und erste Berufserfahrung
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln in Lösungen und neuen Ideen
- Interesse an Technik und Logistik, idealerweise auch Schiffslogistik

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
