Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen CRM-Strategie pro Vertical und für die gesamte Gruppe
- Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von E-Mail-Marketing Kampagnen entlang des gesamten Kundenlebenszyklus, einschließlich Lead-Generierung, Onboarding, Cross-Selling, Upselling, Retention und allen transaktionalen E-Mails
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der E-Mail-Marketing-Performance durch A/B-Tests, Analyse von KPIs und Implementierung von Best Practices zur Steigerung der Öffnungs- und Klickraten sowie der Conversion-Raten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Vertrieb, Operations und Produktmanagement, um sicherzustellen, dass die CRM-Strategie nahtlos in die Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens integriert ist
- Implementierung von Marketing-Automatisierungstools und Technologien zur Automatisierung von E-Mail-Kampagnen, Lead-Nurturing und Workflow-Management
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Analysen und Reporting über die Leistung der E-Mail-Marketing Aktivitäten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Dein Profil
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als CRM Manager*in oder Produktmanager*in mit
- Du verfügst du über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du kannst Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von effektiven CRM-Strategien zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Kundenbindung nachweisen
- Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Interpretation von Daten zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Es macht dir Spaß, komplexe Projekte zu koordinieren und zu priorisieren
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
