Deine Aufgabe
- Als Immobilienentwickler sind Sie für sämtliche Schritte von der Bedarfsplanung über die Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss zuständig
- Sie haben keine Scheu und freuen Sich auf die Konzeptentwicklung von Immobilienprojekten (Hochbau) als Schnittstelle zur Planungsabteilung, Vermietung sowie strategischen Flughafenentwicklung in den Entwicklungsbereichen Airport City sowie innerhalb des Cargo- und Betriebsbereichs
- Kein 08/15: Sie sind verantwortlich für Marktbeobachtungen, -analysen im Bereich der Gewerbe-/Sonderimmobilien innerhalb der Wirtschaftsregion Köln/Bonn sowie an vergleichbaren Flughäfen zur Identifizierung von Ansiedlungspotenzialen
- Die Dokumentation und Pflege von Reports (Überwachung und Pflege der Budgetreports, Projektsteckbriefe und Dokumentationen) sind Ihr tägliches Brot

Dein Background
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien und/oder Immobilienentwicklung/Projektmanagement mit
- Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als (kaufm.) Projektleiter im Bereich Immobilien-/Projektentwicklung (Gewerbe-/Sonderimmobilien), idealerweise mit Flughafenerfahrung und besitzen gründliche und vielseitige Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse in SAP REF X sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
- Sie sind im Besitz des Führerscheins der Klasse B

Wir sind einer der wichtigsten Verkehrsflughäfen in Deutschland, sowohl im Passagierverkehr als auch in der Fracht. 2022 nutzen rund 8,8 Millionen Passagiere den Airport. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
