(Senior) Bilanzbuchhalter für internationale Finanzprozesse (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erfasst alle laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung sowie Banken-, Kassen-, Kreditkarten- und Reisekostenbuchungen
- Du koordinierst und erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für alle in- und ausländischen Gesellschaften unseres Unternehmens und wickelst und kontrollierst den gruppenweiten Zahlungsverkehr ab
- Du klärst fachliche Fragen zu bilanziellen Grundsatzfragen und komplexen Geschäftsvorfällen mit den relevanten Ansprechpersonen, wie Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen sowie dem Controlling
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für Konten- und Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie statistische Meldungen und bist Ansprechperson für cross-funktionale Fachbereiche und internationale Tochtergesellschaften
- Du kümmerst dich um das Onboarding und die Integration neuer Gesellschaften in unsere Systemlandschaft, sowohl buchhalterisch als auch systemisch und treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Fastclose- und P2P-Prozess- und Systemlandschaften voran
- Du wirkst aktiv an Sonderprojekten mit, wie beispielsweise der Einführung eines neuen ERPs, Internationalisierung und M&A

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine Berufsausbildung mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in (international)
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) im Rechnungswesen mit Abschlusssicherheit, bilanzielle / buchhalterische Projekterfahrung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld, und praktische Erfahrung in der Standardisierung und der Digitalisierung von Accounting Prozessen
- Du hast fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse, Steuerrecht, zusätzliche Kenntnisse der US-GAAP (incl. SOX) oder IFRS sind von Vorteil
- Du hast Erfahrung bei der Implementierung neuer ERP-Systeme
- Du besitzt gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Excel, DATEV und SAP

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
