Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und managst umfassende Marketingprojekt-Pläne mit dem Fokus auf Effektivität, Effizienz und Kosten
- Du überwachst und verbesserst operative Prozesse innerhalb der Marketingabteilung, um die Effizienz und Durchführung von Projekten und Kampagnen zu gewährleisten und zu verbessern
- Du koordinierst zwischen den Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass betriebswirtschaftliche Aspekte in allen Marketinginitiativen berücksichtigt werden
- Du führst Analysen durch und erstellst Berichte, um Entscheidungsprozesse datenbasiert zu unterstützen
- Du verwaltest das Budget für Marketingprojekte, inklusive Forecasting, Tracking und Reporting und optimierst kontinuierlich die Prozesse
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zu externen Dienstleistern und Partner:innen zur Gewährleistung der Projektziele und reportest an die EMEA Marketing-Leitung

Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Feld
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im Marketingumfeld
- Du besitzt Organisationstalent, arbeitest strukturiert und hast sehr gute Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten
- Du zeigst Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und deren Anwendung im Marketing, starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenanalyse sowie sehr sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Programmen mit. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
