Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst Hersteller-Marketing-Maßnahmen im Einklang mit unserer Marketing-Strategie
- Du koordinierst und führst Marketingkampagnen durch
- Du stellst die Marketingmaßnahmen gegenüber unseren Herstellern vor
- Du überwachst die Kampagnen und passt die Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Ergebnisse an
- Du führst Erfolgskontrollen durch und analysierst Trends, um die Wirksamkeit unserer Marketingaktivitäten zu steigern
- Du verwaltest das Hersteller-Marketingbudget, inklusive Prüfung und Abwicklung von Werbekostenzuschüssen, und arbeitest europaweit interdisziplinär mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen im Unternehmen sowie mit unseren Herstellern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder eine Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing-Kommunikation, z.B. als Marketing-Kommunikationswirt:in, Medienfachwirt:in
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing und fundierte kaufmännische Kenntnisse
- Du besitzt Organisationstalent, arbeitest strukturiert, hast ein sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und verkäuferisches Talent
- Du zeigst Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Stilsicherheit in der deutschen Sprache sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Programmen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
