What can you expect?
- You will become an expert in handling Amazon marketing activities for our clients, gaining an in-depth overview of the success factors for growth on Amazon with a focus on Amazon advertising
- You will focus on SEO content creation, and PPC and DSP management on and off Amazon, working with budgets, creating advertising strategies, setting up respective campaigns, and handling regular/daily campaign management and needed optimizations
- You are the main contact person for national and international brands regarding all their Amazon activities in the US marketplace, advising them on a strategic level and maintaining long-term relationships
- You will coordinate the implementation of relevant Amazon Marketing measures in consultation with your clients and collaborate with other relevant internal teams
- You will monitor and analyse large sets of performance data, developing data-based strategies for optimization potential, and present the results of your work in analyses and reports to your accounts

What should you bring along?
- You demonstrate excellence in communication with both internal and external partners, coupled with impeccable English (American English only) language skills, and strong presentation skills are a valued asset
- You have a degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a comparable background and 1 to 2 years of practical experience in account management, content creation or e-commerce within the US market
- You are familiar with industry trends in e-commerce, strongly interested in online marketplaces, and working in an agency environment
- You have analytical skills, ideally with proven experience in working towards performance KPIs, understand relevant KPIs, can interpret them, and derive action steps
- You keep calm even in stressful situations and always act client- and problem-solving-oriented, further, you are always motivated to expand your expertise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
