Als Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) für Finanzdienstleistungen spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle: Du leitest nicht nur fachlich und organisatorisch das Finanzdienstleistungs-Team, sondern trägst auch dazu bei, unsere Vision von erstklassiger Beratung und Unterstützung für Akademiker in allen finanziellen Fragestellungen zu verwirklichen. Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Finanzierung von Immobilien und der Vermittlung von Immobilien als Kapitalanlage.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und organisatorisch das Finanzdienstleistungs-Team
- Dein fachlicher Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Finanzierung von Immobilien und der Vermittlung von Immobilien als Kapitalanlage
- Du planst und kontrollierst die Umsätze im gesamten Finanzdienstleistungsbereich
- Du pflegst und baust die Kooperation mit Produktpartnern aus und nimmst an Gesprächen sowie Verhandlungen mit Kooperationspartnern in Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand teil
- Du verhandelst und prüfst Vertriebsvereinbarungen und arbeitest bei übergeordneten, rechtlichen Fragestellungen mit
- Du entwickelst, setzt um und kontrollierst FDL-Verkaufsfördermaßnahmen und erstellst Beratungsunterlagen sowie Publikationen in Kooperation mit der Akademie/Marketing
- Du hältst ein laufendes Angebot von geprüften Produkten für den Vertrieb vor, aktualisierst dieses und erstellst Produktempfehlungslisten sowie Berater- und Mandanteninformationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann bzw. die Qualifikation zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fachspezifischen Fortbildungen und mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Du überzeugst mit überdurchschnittlichen Kenntnissen im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen, insbesondere zu Immobilien als Kapitalanlage, Finanzierungen und geschlossenen Investmentvermögen
- Du bist gerne Ansprechperson für den Vertrieb und bringst Deine Fähigkeiten in der Unterstützung der Beratenden ein
- Du legst den Fokus nicht nur auf fachliche Themen, sondern insbesondere auch auf die Menschen in Deinem Team, ganz im Sinne einer kooperativen und teamorientierten Mitarbeiterführung
- Die gute Organisation eines Teams mit Einsatzplanung, Aufgabenverteilung, Urlaubsplanung und weiteren Regelungen sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du bringst Verhandlungsgeschick mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit Geschäftspartnern

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
