Deine Aufgaben umfassen die ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung inkl. Beratung, Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Reklamationsbearbeitung. Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust bei Kundenanfragen, erstellst Angebote und wickelst Aufträge ab
- Du erstellst Angebote für Pumpen, Armaturen, Mess- und Regeltechnik sowie weitere technische Produkte
- Du bist Ansprechperson für deine Kund:innen, um eine ganzheitliche Betreuung zu gewährleisten
- Du unterstützt technisch und kaufmännisch im Exportgeschäft
- Du baust Kundenbeziehungen durch Beratung und Support auf und pflegst diese
- Du betreust Kund:innen per Telefon, Mail und Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d), z. B. als Industriekauffrau/-mann oder Fachkraft für Groß- und Außenhandel
- Du hast Interesse an technischen Produkten und die Motivation, dein technisches Wissen auszubauen
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes kaufmännisches Verständnis und bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen
- Du besitzt Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch und hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie z. B. Alphaplan sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich CRM-Tools
- Du zeichnest dich durch eigenständiges, analytisches und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten aus. Deine systematische Herangehensweise ermöglicht effektive Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Teamkolleg:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
