Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Markt- und Kundenanalysen schwerpunktmäßig für Norddeutschland
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren zielgruppenspezifische regionale Account-Strategien
- Sie erstellen Forecasts und setzen die spezifisch geplanten Maßnahmen erfolgreich um
- Sie vermarkten kundenspezifische Lösungen inklusive der Erstellung von Angeboten und deren Kalkulation
- Sie bereiten eigenständig Kundenpräsentationen vor und führen diese durch
- Sie führen Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich oder einen technischen Studienabschluss
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Pharmaindustrie
- Sie haben optimalerweise Erfahrungen/Kenntnisse im Bereich Zylinder in der Hydraulik/Pneumatik und Berührungspunkte zum Thema Kunststoffe oder Elastomere
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick aus
- Sie haben Spaß am Kundenkontakt und sind aufgeschlossen und motiviert für Neues

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
