Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen sowie Inbetriebnahmen direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort (ca. 30% Reisetätigkeit).
- Als technische Ansprechperson bist du für die Fehlersuche verantwortlich und führst Reparaturen sowie Umbauten an den Anlagen durch.
- Du schulst unsere Kund:innen und deren Mitarbeitende im sicheren Umgang mit den Anlagen und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
- Vom Büro aus unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen telefonisch, erstellst Serviceangebote und kümmerst dich um die Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf, z. B. als Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d).
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Service oder in einer ähnlichen Position mit.
- Eine Zertifizierung zur Elektrofachkraft ist ein Pluspunkt, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert, besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
