Senior Sustainability Manager in ESG Analysis - Remote (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You will be analysing international regulation on ESG Reporting, conducting gap-analysis, and deriving recommended actions for our company
- You will be coordinating our company's annual Impact Report according to international standards
- You will introduce an ESG Data collection process across the company, including the supporting tools
- You will identify, coordinate, and respond to third-party surveys related to ESG reporting
- You will support in expanding our company's ESG & Sustainability Strategy and partner cross-functionally to build sustainability metrics into operational planning

What should you bring along?
- You have in-depth knowledge of international reporting standards such as SFDR, GRI, CSRD
- You bring more than 5 years of experience in project management and digitalization of processes
- You have experience in conducting annual ESG Reporting
- You have an affinity to work with large data sets
- You bring the ability to work in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs
- You have a strong hands-on mentality, proactive, process-oriented, and structured approach
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
