Die HFM, ein selbständig agierendes, modernes Dienstleistungsunternehmen der Stadt Frankfurt am Main, verfügt über ein breites Spektrum an Geschäftsfeldern und Tätigkeiten. Wir veranstalten Wochenmärkte und Flohmärkte, zudem verwalten wir die Kleinmarkthalle und die Markthalle Höchst. Wir sind verantwortlich für Immobilien im Frankfurter Hafen und bieten mit unserer Hafenbahn eine umfassende Logistik im Hafen und darüber hinaus. Immobilien am Main sind genauso unser Thema wie technische Leistungen im Hafen und Werkstattservice in unserem Lokhof.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Sachgebiets Finanzwesen mit 3 Mitarbeitern
- Fristgerechte Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und hessischem Eigenbetriebsgesetz
- Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Klärung von bilanziellen und steuerrelevanten Sachverhalten
- Aktiver Austausch mit den anderen Fachabteilungen, zur Sicherstellung der vollständigen und zeitgerechten Abbildung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Finanzwesen
- Steuerung des laufenden Zahlungsverkehrs inklusive Mahnwesen
- Mitwirkung bei der Kostenrechnung (Profitcenter)
- Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, zusammenfassenden Meldungen sowie von statistischen Meldungen
- Organisation und Mitwirkung bei der Wirtschaftsplanung, Mittelfrist-, Finanz- und Investitionsplanung
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Finanzämter und Banken sowie die Geschäftsführung
- Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Reporting-Prozessen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Bilanzbuchhalter oder haben eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder sind dabei diese abzuschließen
- Sie verfügen über fundiertes kaufmännisches Fachwissen sowie über Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung wäre wünschenswert
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP FI/CO, weitere Kenntnisse in den SAP Modulen MM und SD wären wünschenswert
- Der Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen ist für Sie Alltag, insbesondere mit MS Excel
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortlichkeit sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Denken rundet Ihr Profil ab
- Sie verfügen über verbindliches Auftreten und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
