Das erwartet Dich
- Beratung: Du berätst unsere Mandant:innen umfassend in steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten.
- Steuererklärungen: Du erstellst und prüfst Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen schwerpunktmäßig mit DATEV..
- Gestaltung: Du entwickelst und implementierst steuerliche Gestaltungsmodelle zur Optimierung der Steuerlast unserer Mandant:innen.
- Abschlüsse: Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse und berätst Mandant:innen hinsichtlich der optimalen Bilanzierung.
- Betriebsprüfungen: Du begleitest und unterstützt Mandant:innen bei Betriebsprüfungen und steuerlichen Außenprüfungen.
- Fortbildung: Du hältst Dich ständig über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Steuerrecht und in der Rechtsprechung auf dem Laufenden und setzt diese in Deiner Beratungspraxis um.
- Netzwerkpflege: Du pflegst und erweiterst aktiv unser Mandant:innen-Netzwerk durch kompetente Beratung und langfristige Betreuung und betreust außergewöhnliche, namhafte und internationale Mandant:innen.
- Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen und unterstützt Kollegen bei komplexen steuerlichen Fragestellungen.

Das solltest Du mitbringen
- Du hast dein Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und der Mandantenberatung mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV bist du routiniert und sicher.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und verbindest deinen fachlichen Anspruch mit einem kollegialen und teamorientierten Arbeitsstil.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, um unsere Mandant:innen bestmöglich zu betreuen.
- Für die professionelle Mandantenkommunikation sind deine Deutschkenntnisse verhandlungssicher (C2).
- Idealerweise runden gute Englischkenntnisse dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
