Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement, inklusive der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen, Active Sourcing, der Zusammenarbeit mit Personaldienstleistern, sowie dem Organisieren und Führen von Einstellungsinterviews gemeinsam mit den Team-Leads
- Du betreust die Mitarbeitenden im Ausland, wie z.B. Australien, Spanien, Österreich und bist verantwortlich für die im Personalbereich relevanten Prozesse des kompletten Mitarbeitenden-Lifecycles von Einstieg bis Ausstieg, einschließlich Recruiting, Onboarding, Personalbetreuung und Vertragserstellung
- Du bist zuständig für die vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Auslandsstandorte, wobei die tatsächliche Gehaltsabrechnung durch die Abrechnungs-Agenturen vor Ort übernommen wird
- Du vertrittst die HR Managerin Deutschland im Urlaubs- und Krankheitsfall und wirst umgekehrt natürlich auch von ihr vertreten

- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit dem Personalmanagementtool “Personio” mit, hast einen Studienabschluss im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal / HR, Psychologie oder Wirtschaftspädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen und mindestens 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist, inklusive mehrjähriger Erfahrungen im Recruiting, idealerweise auch in Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Standorten und der IT-Branche

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
