Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenständig die Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen sowie die dazugehörigen Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen für deinen festen Mandantenstamm
- Du nutzt für deine tägliche Arbeit routiniert die DATEV-Programme und sorgst für digitale, effiziente Abläufe
- Als direkte Ansprechperson berätst du deine Mandant:innen proaktiv in steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Du übernimmst die professionelle Korrespondenz mit Finanzämtern sowie Sozialversicherungsträgern und begleitest bei Bedarf Rechtsbehelfsverfahren
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse mit und unterstützt das Team bei spannenden Sonderthemen und Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r Ob du bereits Berufserfahrung hast oder als motivierte:r Berufseinsteiger:in voll durchstarten willst – wir freuen uns auf dich!
- Im Umgang mit DATEV Pro und den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen bist du sicher und routiniert
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringst grundlegende Englischkenntnisse mit
- Eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Steuerfachwirt:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in ist ein tolles Extra, aber absolut kein Muss
- Du arbeitest eigenständig sowie sorgfältig und schätzt den direkten Austausch mit Mandant:innen und Behörden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
