Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst die gesamten Bauablaufprozesse, inklusive Terminkontrolle und -koordination sowie Fehlerbehebung
- Du bist als vollumfängliche Projektleitung für Neubau- bzw. Bestandssanierungsprojekte verantwortlich, inklusive der Disposition der Handwerker:innen
- Du koordinierst die gesamte Bauablaufplanung und kontrollierst alle Leistungen auf der Baustelle, einschließlich Arbeitssicherheit, Arbeitsdisziplin und Baustellenordnung
- Du führst Korrespondenzen z. B. mit Mieter:innen und Behörden und bist für die Betreuung von Nachunternehmer:innen (Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Vergabe) zuständig
- Du arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit dem Architekt:innen zusammen und führst die Kostenkalkulation und Budgetplanung sowie Rechnungs- und Aufmaßprüfungen durch
- Du leitest regelmäßig Projektstandmitteilungen an die Abteilungsleitung weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt:in / Bauingenieur:in oder Handwerksmeister:in / Hochbautechniker:in oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Meistertitel
- Du verfügst über langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten im Hochbau oder Innenausbau
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und besitzt gute Kenntnisse über die VOB sowie über die gültigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
- Du behältst auch in stressigen und ungeplanten Situationen den Überblick und verlierst das Ziel nicht aus den Augen, Selbstorganisation ist für dich kein Fremdwort
- Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins und besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
