Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Koordination deiner Montagekolonne von 3-5 Mitarbeitenden direkt auf der Baustelle.
- Du planst und steuerst den fachgerechten Auf-, Um- und Abbau unserer Gerüstsysteme, insbesondere von Layher, und packst bei Bedarf selbst mit an.
- Du verantwortest die effiziente Abwicklung der Bauvorhaben, indem du den Material- und Personaleinsatz planst und die Qualität sicherstellst.
- Als Vorbild für dein Team sorgst du für die konsequente Einhaltung der Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit und zum Umweltschutz.
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zur Bauleitung, dokumentierst den Baufortschritt und löst eigenständig Herausforderungen vor Ort.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gerüstbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau mit, idealerweise inklusive erster Erfahrung in der Anleitung eines Teams.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke, deinem Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen führst du deine Kolonne sicher und motiviert zum Ziel.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B (idealerweise CE/C1E) und die Bereitschaft für Einsätze im Großraum Würzburg/Nürnberg.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit der Bauleitung sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
