Was erwartet Sie?
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreuen Sie eigenverantwortlich einen festen Mandantenstamm und erstellen deren Jahresabschlüsse sowie Steuererklärungen, vorwiegend mit DATEV.
- Sie beraten Ihre Mandant:innen proaktiv bei betriebswirtschaftlichen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Strategien zur Steueroptimierung.
- Die souveräne Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und anderen Behörden gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen.
- Im Team agieren Sie als fachlicher Sparringspartner, teilen Ihr Wissen und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung von Kolleg:innen und internen Prozessen bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Steuerrecht), bringen relevante Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie in der Bilanzierung mit.
- Dank Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierten Arbeitsweise können Sie komplexe steuerliche Sachverhalte für Mandant:innen verständlich aufbereiten.
- Sie haben Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Ihr Team zu motivieren und zeichnen sich durch Ihre hohe soziale Kompetenz aus.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie versiert.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
