Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Edelstahlbereich sind Sie für die Akquise und Betreuung von Kunden im Raum Weil der Stadt verantwortlich. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Beratung und den Verkauf von Edelstahlprodukten, die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale. Mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz im Bereich Edelstahl und Ihrer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit. Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und technisches Verständnis sind von Vorteil.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie vertreiben unsere Produktpalette am Standort Weil der Stadt – überwiegend im Innendienst, mit gelegentlichen Außendienstterminen
- Sie erkennen Absatzpotentiale inkl. Marktanalyse und bauen die Marktposition bei Ziel- und Neukund:innen aus
- Sie betreuen Bestandskund:innen und übernehmen die technische Kundenbetreuung vor Ort
- Sie führen selbstständig Verhandlungen und beraten Kund:innen
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote inkl. Terminüberwachung
- Sie reporten an die Verkaufsleitung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

- Sie verfügen über fundierte Markt- und Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Edelstahl Rostfrei (Stabstahl, Rohre und Rohrzubehör) von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Sie haben Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie kundenorientiertes Handeln und Denken
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein Klasse B und eine Affinität zu digitalen Themen
