- Du möchtest eine Tätigkeit, in der du die Zukunft mitgestaltest?
- Als Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) bist du einer der ersten Kontaktpunkte für unsere potenziellen Unternehmenskunden. Du identifizierst passende Zielkunden, nimmst aktiv Kontakt auf, weckst Interesse an FinMatch und legst so den Grundstein für neue Kundenbeziehungen. Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung machst du aus kalten Kontakten echte Opportunities und trägst direkt zum Wachstum von FinMatch bei.
- Du verantwortest die aktive Neukundengewinnung durch Kaltakquise per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese systematisch.
- Du identifizierst und analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse sowie Marktpotenziale in unseren Zielsegmenten (Mittelstand, Transformations- und Wachstumssituationen).
- Du qualifizierst Leads vor und bereitest sie für unsere Consultants bzw. den weiteren Vertriebsprozess auf.
- Du dokumentierst und pflegst alle Kundenkontakte sowie Aktivitäten sauber und strukturiert in unserem CRM-System.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Consulting zusammen, um zielgerichtete Kampagnen und Ansprachekonzepte zu entwickeln und zu optimieren.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und -argumentation ein.

Dein Profil
- Leidenschaft und Begeisterung, um Kunden für FinMatch zu gewinnen und unsere Lösungen überzeugend zu präsentieren.
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Kaltakquise / Outbound Sales (z. B. Inside Sales, Telesales, Sales Development, Telemarketing).
- Kommunikationsstärke, Vertriebsaffinität und ein sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten am Telefon und in der schriftlichen Kommunikation.
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Ergebnisorientierung – du arbeitest zielstrebig, lässt dich von Rückschlägen nicht entmutigen und freust dich über messbare Erfolge.
- Teamgeist und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen – du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Vertrieb, Marketing und Consulting zusammen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Büro-Software; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
