Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche und ganzheitliche steuerliche Beratung für einen festen Mandantenstamm.
- Sie erstellen Jahresabschlüsse sowie betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen und stellen deren Qualität sicher.
- Dabei arbeiten Sie digital und nutzen moderne Tools, insbesondere DATEV, um effiziente Prozesse zu gewährleisten.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehen Sie Ihren Mandanten bei allen steuerlichen Fragestellungen zur Seite und kommunizieren bei Bedarf mit Finanzämtern.
- Sie entwickeln proaktiv steuerliche Gestaltungsstrategien und begleiten Ihre Mandanten bei Betriebsprüfungen.

- Sie haben Ihr Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Mandantenbetreuung mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigenverantwortung, Sorgfalt und einer klaren Zielorientierung.
- Dank Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Ihres serviceorientierten Auftretens bauen Sie schnell eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu Ihren Mandant:innen auf.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit DATEV oder bringen die Bereitschaft mit, sich schnell in die Software einzuarbeiten.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) runden Ihr Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
