Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige und pünktliche Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Mandanten mit DATEV (LODAS / Lohn und Gehalt).
- Sie beraten unsere Mandanten bei der Gestaltung von Gehältern und optimieren diese unter steuerlichen sowie sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Gesichtspunkten.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson übernehmen Sie das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen und kommunizieren sicher mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden.
- Sie begleiten souverän Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen und stehen dabei sowohl den Prüfern als auch den Mandanten zur Seite.
- Sie bearbeiten eigenverantwortlich Sonderthemen wie Erstattungsanträge im Umlageverfahren, die Berechnung der Ausgleichsabgabe sowie Meldungen zur Künstlersozialkasse.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r) und mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV sind Sie versiert, idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit LODAS oder Lohn und Gehalt gearbeitet.
- Sie überzeugen durch ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und kommunizieren gerne mit Mandanten.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
