Was erwartet dich?

Du steuerst Projekte und auch in komplexen IT-Umgebungen managst du die Aufgaben deines Teams souverän.
Du kommunizierst täglich mit dem Projektleiter, den Entscheidern auf Kundenseite und internen Ansprechpartnern bei amiconsult.
Du bist das Sprachrohr des Teams zum Kunden und bündelst gekonnt Informationen zu zielgerichtetem Reporting.
Du planst und führst Workshops in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb durch, erarbeitest die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und entwickelst gemeinsam eine Vision für Ihr IAM-Projekt.
Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden, baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und gewährleistest das Budget für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projekte.
Du gestaltest den Bereich aktiv mit, durch die Optimierung von Prozessen, den Einsatz moderner Tools und das Sicherstellen einer konstant hohen Qualität.

Du hast Erfahrung als ProjektmanagerIn in der Dienstleistung gesammelt und kennst verschiedene Unternehmensstrukturen, vom Mittelstand bis zum Konzern und weißt, wie diese ticken.
Deine Leidenschaft für Beratung zeigt sich in deiner kunden- und serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise. Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche und in (inter-)nationalen Projekten bringst du bereits mit.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, lieferst überzeugende Ergebnisse und trittst dabei stets professionell auf.
Du agierst auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheidern und Stakeholdern auf Kundenseite.
Du bist der geborene Kommunikator, ob auf Deutsch oder Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
