Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich unsere internationalen Mandant:innen in laufenden Steuerfragen und bei der Optimierung ihrer Deklarationsprozesse.
- Du erstellst steuerliche Gutachten und verbindliche Auskünfte zu komplexen Sachverhalten in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Teams in der Schweiz, Österreich und Südtirol.
- Du steuerst anspruchsvolle Projekte, insbesondere im Bereich Tax- und Financial Due Diligence, und begleitest Unternehmenstransaktionen aus steuerlicher Sicht.
- Als Mentor:in übernimmst du Verantwortung für die fachliche Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Teamkolleg:innen.
- Du gestaltest die Digitalisierung unserer Kanzlei aktiv mit, indem du an der Optimierung interner Prozesse arbeitest und den Einsatz von KI-Tools vorantreibst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung mit und hast dein Steuerberaterexamen idealerweise bereits abgeschlossen oder stehst kurz davor.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, z.B. bei Tax Due Diligences, mit.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, hast Freude daran, Kolleg:innen anzuleiten und möchtest schrittweise mehr Führungsverantwortung übernehmen.
- Als engagierte:r Teamplayer:in denkst du lösungsorientiert, erfasst komplexe Sachverhalte schnell und bringst die im Beratungsumfeld nötige Agilität mit.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um unsere Mandant:innen optimal zu beraten.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
