Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Geschäftskunden für unsere IT- und Business-Beratung, indem du ihre Bedarfe analysierst und erste Lösungsansätze skizzierst.
- Vom ersten Angebot bis zum Vertragsabschluss verantwortest du den gesamten Sales-Cycle und überzeugst Entscheider von unserem Lösungsportfolio.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit unserem Consulting-Team zusammen, um technisch fundierte und passgenaue Kundenlösungen zu konzipieren.
- Zur Steuerung deiner Vertriebsaktivitäten und zur nachhaltigen Kundenpflege nutzt du souverän CRM-Systeme wie Salesforce und SAP CRM.
- Du analysierst aktiv den Markt, um neue Potenziale zu erkennen, und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen und Events in der DACH-Region.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der IT- oder Unternehmensberatung.
- Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe IT-Lösungen (z. B. SAP, Salesforce) und deren Einsatz in Geschäftsprozessen mit.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Verkaufstalent überzeugst du mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einem sicheren, kundenorientierten Auftreten.
- Es fällt dir leicht, Kundenanforderungen zu analysieren und daraus passgenaue Lösungskonzepte zu entwickeln.
- Eine proaktive, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein starker Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst und verhandelst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
