Was erwartet dich?
- Du setzt Datenbank-/Migrationsprojekte selbstständig um, damit unsere Kunden von der aktuellen Oracle-Technologie für Hochverfügbarkeit und Ausfallsicherheit profitieren. Hier bewegst du dich hauptsächlich im Umfeld von Oracle Data Guard und Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden mit Beratung und bei der Projektarbeit rund um Oracle Database Appliance (ODA), Oracle Exadata und Oracle MiniCluster (Der Bereich Oracle Engineered Systems bildet einen weiteren Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit)
- Du bist ein Teil von allen Projektphasen: Du nimmst den Status quo bei unseren Kunden auf und leistest auch vor Ort ausführliche Beratung. Außerdem erstellst du Konzepte und Kalkulationen, kümmerst dich um die vollständige Installation/Anpassung der Oracle-Produkte und schulst die Anwender:innen entsprechend
- Du sorgst für maximale Ausfallsicherheit, optimale Performance und ständige Verfügbarkeit bei Datenbanken, die unsere Kunden für ihre zentralen Geschäftsprozesse einsetzen
- Du nimmst in der Regel die laufenden Optimierungsarbeiten per Fernwartung vor, wobei du dich nach dem Umfang der Remote Administration Services (RAS) richtest, den wir mit unseren Kunden vereinbart haben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/zur Fachinformatikerin bzw. ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/BA) mit entsprechender IT-Orientierung
- Du hast fundierte Praxiserfahrungen in der Administration von Oracle 11g/12c (Install, Upgrade, Backup, Recovery) und im Betrieb unter Linux/Windows/Unix
- Du hast ein tiefgreifendes Know-how zu Oracle RAC und Oracle Clusterware
- Du besitzt fortgeschrittene SQL-/PLSQL-Kenntnisse für den Bereich DBA
- Du hast Kenntnisse zu Funktionsweise, Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Betrieb von Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) und/oder Oracle Exadata Database Machine (Know-how kann aber auch bei uns erworben werden)
- Du bringst eine Qualifikation als Oracle Certified Professional (ist wünschenswert, kann aber auch bei uns erworben werden)
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsstärke und hast ein sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, min. C1 Niveau (Applicants must be fluent in German language) mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
