Senior Manager für Wachstum und Entwicklung im Bereich Politik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst alle zentralen Business Development und Sales Aktivitäten und Projekte zur Unterstützung nachhaltiger Wachstumsstrategien und zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele von unserem Unternehmen
- Du entwickelst, setzt um und skalierst Outreach-Strategien zur Kundengewinnung
- Du steuerst, gestaltest und führst alle relevanten Sales Phasen und Prozesse durch (Outreach, Terminierung, Qualifizierung, Pitch, Angebot, Verhandlung, Closing)
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Client Service und Consulting Team zusammen, speziell in der Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungsprozessen
- Du entwickelst und setzt Positionierungsformate für unser unternehmensinternes Portfolio eigenständig um
- Du entwickelst Markt- und Preisstrategien eigenständig weiter und baust unser CRM System auf und pflegst es
- Du baust eigenständig Netzwerke auf und pflegst diese sowie repräsentierst unsere Unternehmensmarke

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Vertrieb, idealerweise im Umfeld einer PR Agentur oder (Politischen) Public Sector Beratung
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaftspolitik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast einen nachweisbaren Track Record in Bezug auf generierte Neukund:innen Umsätze jenseits der 50 Tsd.Euro und einem wiederkehrenden Jahresumsatz von 1 Mio.Euro+
- Du denkst kreativ und innovativ im Bereich Wachstumsstrategie und Lead-Generierung
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Marketing- und Kommunikationslösungen
- Du hast eine technische Affinität, bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM Systemen und vertraut mit den neuesten Tech-Trends
- Du trittst selbstbewusst auf und gehst sicher mit Entscheidungsträger:innen auf C- oder VP-Level von Unternehmen oder dem öffentlichen Sektor um
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und die Bereitschaft ambitionierte Ziele zu erreichen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
