Du betreust als Junior-Projektleiter:in Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekte im Bereich Schaltanlagenbau sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch
Du wirkst in größeren Projekten als Teil-Projektleiter:in in einem Team mit
Du planst, kalkulierst und steuerst diese (Teil-)Projekte, überwachst Kosten, Termine und Arbeitsfortschritt und stellst sicher, dass alle beteiligten Mitarbeitenden und Lieferanten ihren Beitrag zum Projekterfolg leisten
Du hältst stets den Kontakt zu den Kund:innen und steuerst zuverlässig gegen, wenn etwas schief läuft, um dein Projekt zurück auf Kurs zu bringen
Du hast dabei Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Umweltschutz stets im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass sie eingehalten werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik bzw. Mechatronik, beispielsweise eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Elektromeister (m/w/d)
Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Projekten im Bereich Schaltanlagenbau oder ähnlichen Aufgaben und bist fit in Word und Excel
Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Kund:innen, bist kommunikationsfreudig und gut darin, pragmatische Lösungen zu finden
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Pkw-Führerschein
