Produktionsfachkraft Chemie (m/w/d) als Teamleitung in Vollzeit – auch Quereinsteiger
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zuständig für die Prozessüberwachung im gesamten Produktionsablauf
- Du hilfst bei der Produktionsplanung mit und trägst Verantwortung in der Produktionssteuerung
- Du verantwortest die Arbeitsvorbereitung/Kontrolle in der Chargenproduktion und Weiterverarbeitung
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle für Qualitätssicherung, Entwicklung, Einkauf und Versand
- Du unterstützt bei betrieblichen Abläufen, sowie Prozessoptimierungen
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung verfahrenstechnischer Prozesse mit
- Du entnimmst Proben zur Überprüfung der Produktqualität
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Produktionsteams (8 bis 10 Personen)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein/e abgeschlossene/s Ausbildung/Studium im chemischen Bereich
- Auch Quereinsteiger mit passender Berufserfahrung sind willkommen!
- Du bist an selbstständiges Arbeiten im Fertigungsbereich gewöhnt
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein gutes technisches Verständnis und dein Interesse an der Chemie aus
- Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar und gewissenhaft
- Du hast idealerweise einen Gabelstaplerschein und Erfahrung im Bereich der Chargenproduktion sowie Erfahrung im Bereich der Personalführung
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
