Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Keyword-Recherchen und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von SEA-Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Agentur
- Betreuung und Support unserer weltweiten Niederlassungen sowie deren Agenturen und SEA-Kampagnen
- Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von YouTube Ads-Kampagnen: Du sorgst dafür, dass YouTube Ads effektiv in unsere Gesamt-SEA-Strategie integriert werden
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Analyse der Performance von SEA-Maßnahmen mittels entsprechender Tools
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports und Performance-Analysen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Aktive Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends im Bereich SEA sowie deren Implementierung

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SEA im Agenturumfeld (optional)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von SEA-Tools (z. B. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console)
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis von Web-Analyse und KPI-basiertem Arbeiten
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Optimierung von Web-Content
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
