Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis verantwortlich
- Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt ebenso die Durchführung aller payrollrelevanten administrativen Personalprozesse von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt
- Du berätst vertrauensvoll unsere Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zur Abrechnung und Sozialversicherung
- Als erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfer beantwortest du alle Anfragen kompetent
- Du übernimmst Sonderaufgaben und Projekte in operativen Personalangelegenheiten, was dir Gestaltungsfreiraum und die Möglichkeit bietet, über den Tellerrand zu schauen
- Du erstellst Statistiken und Meldungen für die zuständigen Behörden und führst Reportings aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium und hast im Anschluss bereits mindestens drei Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der operativen Personalabrechnung gesammelt
- Du kannst gut mit DATEV umgehen, da wir dieses Tool intern nutzen
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
- Du rundest dein Profil mit Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität ab
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
